For the 2027-8 academic year, UVA will be offering a pre-enrollment summer language training grant for one newly admitted PhD student whose work is relevant to the Islamic Worlds. Consideration is automatic and no separate application is needed. Recipient will be decided by IWI faculty among eligible applicants.
